LOOKING FOR A SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY (PART-TIME)
Our growing business is looking for a Sales Representative to increase our client base. The candidate will conduct sales both over the phone and out in the field via face-to-face interactions with potential clients/customers. You will be responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing explanations of any new or updated services we provide, when necessary. Your social skills should allow you to foster strong relationships, as this will attribute much to your success. If you have prior experience in outside sales and a desire to expand your career, we want to hear from you!
Showcase and sell our services/product to businesses, organizations and agencies. Work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, and possible "cold calling". Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, economics, communications, and/or equivalent education/experience that demonstrates expertise in customer engagement.
Well-developed phone presence and high comfort level in initiating conversations
Social and positive personality
Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
Customer Service Skills: You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
Strong computer skills and understanding of spreadsheet software

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Generate sales reports each week and submitting them to management
Establish contact with possible clients, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads.
Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence
Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients
Update client information in the company contact database
Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
Educate customers on how services can benefit them financially and professionally
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
Work closely with management to help build the brand
Hourly + Commission: TBD based on experience.
