We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Long-Term Care Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality care and compliance with healthcare regulations at our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our long-term care facility, managing staff, and ensuring optimal care levels for all residents.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, including staffing, resident care, and administrative duties. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Develop and implement policies and procedures that improve the quality of care and efficiency of the facility. Handle budgets and financial management, including billing and collections. Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications: Must hold a current license as a Long-Term Care Administrator. Proven experience in healthcare administration, particularly in long-term care settings. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
