Sports Certified Specialist PT

Next ERA is the premier leader in the management of sports performance, recovery, and rehab. With two locations in Colorado and one in Arizona we work with numerous MLB and D1 teams, thousands of other college, high school, and youth athletes, in addition to the general population.

We are seeking a highly motivated Doctor of Physical Therapy with SCS/CSCS background and experience working with overhead athletes who desires to further develop their skills to join our team in Colorado at both our strength and performance facility and our main office.

For this position, you will be responsible for successfully managing athletes through their plan of care, selling cash based performance memberships, and integrating with our sports performance coaches. Additionally, you will be required to perform performance assessments using Vald Performance instruments with local High Schools and Colleges.

Our patient population is over 80% athletes of which a majority are high level baseball players who seek our services for performance, recovery and rehab utilizing a direct access, hybrid insurance/cash pay model. We also provide services for the general orthopedic population including, Medicare. We treat using a team approach in a 1:1 direct patient care model with an emphasis on data using Vald Performance instruments, and bio-mechanical assessments using principles found within SFMA, FMS, PRI and OnBaseU. Our providers focus on manual therapy, including, functional dry needling, spinal manipulation, and other various soft tissue techniques while emphasizing strength and performance training.
