Member Service Representative

Member Service Representative needed at our Bemidji Location

TruStar is looking for an individual with attention to detail and great customer service skills to join their team in the operations department as a Members Service Representative in the Bemidji office. Responsibilities include assisting members and potential members with their financial needs, open new accounts, process account transactions, resolve problems, and help with products and services. Qualified applicants should have customer service and cash handling experience, be comfortable with administrative work, and have strong communication and computer skills.
