Job Summary

This position will provide high level executive support to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Student Affairs leadership. Job duties will include …
  • Managing calendars for the Associate Dean and Student Affairs leadership.
  • Compiling, gathering, and providing Associate Dean and Student Affairs with appropriate data and information to assist in making sound and effective decisions on projects, initiatives, and responses to administrators, faculty, and staff.
  • Collaborating with leadership in the Offices of Medical Education (including regional campuses), Graduate Medical Education, and Biomedical Education to plan for and manage events such as student orientations, White Coat Ceremony, Senior Awards Ceremony, and Graduation.
  • Assisting in collecting and maintaining appropriate data for the Liaison Committee for Medical Education and Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges site surveys, the U.S. News & World Report Survey, and other national and local measures.
