Job Summary
This position reports directly to the Dean of the Graduate School and provides high level executive and administrative support to the Dean, the Associate Deans and other professional staff in the Graduate school. Primary duties include office management, account reconciliations, complex calendar management, procard responsibilities, drafting of correspondence and PowerPoint presentations, event planning, project management, travel planning and guest hospitality.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, superior written and oral communication skills
