Executive Assistant

We are searching for a proactive, detail oriented and organized individual to support the Company’s Vice President.
The individual must have strong computer and communication skills, work well independently as well as part of a team, be able to build relationships with people across all levels, be able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment, and have experience working with confidential information.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Calendar management and serving as a liaison to other departments
- Coordinating company events and community service initiatives
- Managing tasks and projects to completion
- Preparing communications for distribution
- Occasional support of other executives as needed
- Specialty projects as assigned
